Product not working, getting lumps, ruined clothes

Iv been using Nivea since 2006, i was totally shocked when i found that 3 of my shirts where ruined with stains from the roll on, and then soon thereafter you guys release the black and white stain proof roll on to cover up the issues from your own previous product. In the past 6 months, iv had 3 roll on silver protects not work, so i end up just throwing them away as the ball stops moving or in two cases never moved at all (and iv tried everything to get it to work). Lastly, im abt to go to the doctor today because iv been getting these weird lumps under my armpits and its been worrying me, and now that iv logged onto Hellopeter to complain abt the ball, i see there are a few people complaining abt getting lumps under their armpits, so what im i suppose to think abt your brand? its causing health issues in the form of lumps, causing irritation, costing extra due to the ball not working and is damaging my clothes??? as a long time Nivea user, and ALL my products are Nivea, i have to say i am appalled and im definitely going to be looking for another brand and am going to spread the word of my experience. Lets see if you can do right by your product...
