Unacceptable

This has now been the second incident at Dischem Benmore that has left me furious. After almost 8 months of my doctor sending a script via fax I was told that suddenly I have to bring the original - which I am more than willing and able to do as well as the phone number (which is clearly marked on the top of the script). The fact that I was only told this AFTER I have phoned leaves me in quite significant doubt that Dischem Benmore can provide for my needs.

The attitude is horrific (especially the managers and support staff), service more than sloppy and there is no real interest in customers.

Never forget that I am giving you my business - do not act that you are doing me a favour.
