Hidden costs and Fake pricing/rates

I am very disappointed in FNB as "my bank"! I have recently applied for overdraft and it was approved at 11%... Now I see that it is 19.25% How the fudge does that work? Also I was under the impression that if I use the overdraft but I repay it in full within 30days or something with my salary, I won't pay ANYTHING... No fees and no interest... Why then have I paid fees and interest? I will probably get a M@ER$E amount I have to pay end of this month for interest again??? Its the same with their Credit Card service. I recently made a complaint about my credit card. They came back to me and APPARENTLY if I use EFT (which is freaking the norm these days and they don't warn you about before doing the payment with internet banking) it's a "cash transaction" (which I don't see as different to swiping in any case) and I'm charged interest from day 1... THEN the " -55days to pay" is not valid. So then it changes magically into a "personal loan" Thanks for that... I will now NEVER EVER again use my credit card like that or any other "new service" from FNB JUST because I don't know when I will be charged something... I HATE it when people or BANKS hide stuff in the freaking fine print...
