I am female mistaken to be a male club membe

Every month I receive a magazine along with my statement from Edgar's however this month I was mistaken to be a male and sent the magazine for club man.i also like last year did not receive my birthday vouchers which I normally do in jan so that I can use them in my birthday month. Can someone please assist me.
