NO SERVICE!!!

On 2 May 2013 I sent through the Proof of Pmt for 3 subscriptions for Intiem... After which I heard nothing from anyone...

On 9 May I sent through another e-mail with yet again, no reply.

A week or so thereafter I contacted a consultant again who informed me that they receive my POP, but then phoned back to inform me that they did and that everything was sorted out. (???)

Then, almost 4 weeks later - STILL NO INFORMATION, REPLY, MAGAZINES... NOTHING!

I then followed up again via e-mail, but was yet again ignored.

Today is the 30th of June, nearly 2 months later - do you think anyone bothered replying to me??? NO!

I'm terribly disappointed by the lack of service received from RNA/Intiem.
