Washing machine not delivered due to admin error

On 21 June 2013 I bought a fully automatic washing machine from Russels Furniture Store in Fochville. I paid the full amount due plus delivery charges on the machine. The salesperson however wrongfully described the machine as a "twin tub" machine.on the sales document. As there was a discount on the said machine there was a difference of R87.99 between the fully automatic machine I bought and the twin tub stated on the sales document, I paid this amount as well. The salesperson admitted her mistake and they sent someone from head office to investigate and now I'm still waiting for head office to admit their mistake and give the go ahead for the delivery of the machine I bought.
