Defective Hydraulic steppe

On 07 January 2013 i brougt a Hydraulic Stepper from Mr Price Sport in Maponya Mall.. I later returned the machine on the 23 of January 2013 beause the machine was defective. I had requested a cash back refund but I was told that this was not possible as this machine was not returned within 14days trial.. I therefore given another hydraulic stepper but within 2weeks of using the equipment i noticed that the motor was still defective.. I have tryed to return the machine but Ive been told that i no longer qualify for cash-back guarantee policy and they no longer held liable for any defaults of the machine... All i want is MY MONEY back
