Urine Smell from New unopened Toilet pape

When its sale time, I stock up big time with consumables. Makro and Game had a sale on Baby Soft twin ply toilet paper so I bought 2 trolley loads for over R1000.The first 18 pack that we used smelled of urine and it troubled me but I thought maybe its one bad lot. Sadly the second 18 pack I opened is exactly the same. Being as risk manager, I can predict that Kiberly Clark is using recycled sewer water as part of the manufacturing process and the water is not being cleaned adequately. I told my wife that we need to try a 9 pack and this one is perfect with no urine smell. I am now sitting with at least 12 packs of 18s Baby Soft Toilet rolls that all smell of urine and don't know what to do. Who will re-imburse me for the transport and time to return the defective sewer smelling products for a refund. I await an executive response on how you plan to resolve utrgently.
