Baby Soft
Bad quality

I bought a 2 ply Baby Soft toilet tissue pack of 9, but the quality received is very poor. It is not the same as the quality I have been receiving in the previous packs. The paper used there is not baby soft, it is just normal paper, the same used by No Name brands. At some stage I thought it was single ply because the layers were too attached to one another and just tearing off as I am rolling (You can clearly see the difference, even when it's still in the pack). This is not besides the hardness of the actual paper used.

It's OK if you change the quality of the paper, but then MAKE IT CHEAPER?? Seems only fare?!
Because let's face it, you are the most expensive out there, but we buy it because of the quality.. so if that's gone.. we might as well buy cheaper.
