Simply too unprofessional

I purchased a VGA cable at Incredible connection on Thursday 27 June between 5 - 6pm. I was offered no assistance or help, but once I had found what I was looking one of the assistants in the shop were more than happy to re-assure me I was buying the correct product and followed my to the till to make sure he get's his name ticked off on my purchase. The cable which was obviously packaged when purchased was dented after opening at home and I had to return this the following day. The lady at repairs looked at the cable in disbelief and in a tone of voice that almost said I must have caused this. The shop assistants were all standing in a circle chatting and even had the time to make remarks about my appearance as I walked past. Clearly there are too many of them and they keep each other company. The ladies at the cash till and security lady were professional no complaints there, but this was the final straw for me. I can gladly show you my Xbox R3000 slip from a year ago. I have spent big money at Incredible over the years. Not a single cent again.
