As a person that collects medication for the family on a monthly basis i find it frustrating that i have to wait in a long que to collect prescriptions and then in another long que to pay for it!! I have tried all methods that Clicks has to offer to hasten this process (like registering to have your meds pre-packed etc) but this has not assisted the process. It is frustrating and it feels like Clicks Pharmacy aimed to monopolise the pharmacy field
and now does not want to invest in improving the infastructure - ie providing more terminals and more pharmacists. Or make it a pay and collect in one. This month i spent 50 min just collecting med on a prescription that was already on Click's database.
