Non payment

I was not told of the company policy of payment 30 days after auction date when I submitted art works to the auction company. I only discovered this after the auction and with difficulty I negotiated part payment. From the outset the manager was reluctant to answer my emails and said he did not get telephone messages I left for him It became worse after the part payment and neither Stuart nor his boss replied to my emails and refused to take my calls. They were at all times aware of the fact that I needed their payment to fulfill urgent financial obligations and personal responsibilities, but they made it clear it was was none of their concern. However, they were supposed to pay the final amount on the 25th of June (auction was 25th of May) but to date I have not received any money and/or statement. Their reluctance to pay the money they owe to me will cause irreparable damage to my personal and financial future.
