Five weeks waiting for Television Repai

Tomorrow it will be five weeks that I am awaiting the repair of my Sony 43" Bravia and yet no confirmed answer on the resolve of this concern. Clearly there is no interest from Sony SA nor Furniture City Strubens Valley to resolve this in the interest of the customer but rather the pointing out of their processes. With the result I have two minors on school holiday without a television at home for a week now and a client that is paying a DSTV as well as television instalment with no Television!!!
