Breach of contract terms and condition

Did online bidding on a caravan in vereninging branch and won the auction, on my account it showed the tax invoice for total amount of my winning bid. When to do my travelling and when came back to do payment a call at 3:25 saying that apparantly there was a proxy bid for higher amount that they didnt see. Only after auction realised their mistake. I said it was unacceptable and recorded every phone call conversation. Now they gave the vehicle to the proxy after i won it on the live auction, which is a breach of contract.after the first call, ryno at smd said the vehicle would be re- auctioned.i agreed to that and said that that would be fair to both parties, then later he called me back and said they sold the caravan to the proxy!!! So basicly on the live auction it was sold to me, and then afterwards sold to another person. Looking to take this further - unacceptable!! phoned regional manager and he said would only look into it the following day was too busy!! smd doesnt favor anyone what a joke
