I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse for R1000. I swiped my card twice, and declined each time. The speed point said limit reached. So I told the manager I will go draw the money and come back to pay. Just as I left, I received an SMS from ABSA stating that the transaction went through. I immediately went back to the manager and told her. She said that they don't have the money with them as its not in their account. She said she will phone me as soon as it is sorted. It has been over a month now!! I don't have the product nor the money! In the meantime I had to take her bank statements for proof. This is really not acceptable!!! I am so disappointed by Incredible Connection!!! After this I should probably go to the ombudsman (as it looks like it is the only way out?).
