Lenova laptop 4 months old and no sevice

About a week ago i reported that when i switch my laptop on it wouldnt open any programs
i went into the Russels store where i was told by the above person that the windows program has been removed and that i will have no claim and if they re-install program it will be for my account
i paid approximately 5k for a item and it last 4 months. I need them to either sort it out ie honor the warranty or to replace it alternatively refund all payments made to date as i will not pay for a poor performing product
