Its so sad to have a company that does not provide any decent customer service. All they do is pass the buck and take your money and give you threats. Hirsch's store are a company. They don't appreciate you as a customer and treat you like.

Its been 4 and a half months since they took my flat screen. You disgusting people treated me wih such disrespect, Alan Hirsch himself disregarded me, who the do you think you people are. You take our money that we work so hard for and sell us crtap and when we complain about it, you disregard our complaint. You are a bunch or parasites that people of their savings and from them. Your product is and 4 months you still don't w*t to refund me or to give me a new tv. R10 000 does not f*ll from the tree you. It does for you,
