TV nightmare

I Bought a Sansui 55' led tv from them about a month ago, only to set it up and to find out that its not compatible with my component samgung system. I took the tv back and the offered me an upgrade to a 55' Hisense led 3d tv (At my own cost) Only to tell me sorry they dont have stock. After few days they deliverd the tv and I set it up. And there it was... A dead Pixel on my brand new 15 grand tv... I Contected them and they told me " yes sir, please bring the tv back and we will replace it" I asked if they had stock and the had to phone back only to tell me they dont have any stock... And they will call me once they have one... This has been almost a week or two now... Everybody always says dont buy from them... Guess this is why. Please get back to me on what you are planning on doing about this.
