Pathetic service, bad attitude, out of stock

I have had it with Altech autopage. especially the one in Gezina Pretoria. Firstly I called to ask what documentation and costs involved were to do a sim swap as i dont have a sim card. This guy over the phone then tells me to bring in proof of address and My ID, Cost is R105. Drive out to the branch stand in a queue for 1 hour 20 mins, only two people helping a lady and a guy. i dont know what irratated me more the waiting or the i dont want to work look on thier faces. Eventually after waiting so long, my lunch time is done. i get to this guy "that i spoke to this morning" and he tells me they out of stock. furious i told him thats unacceptable he pretends to be looking all over for a extra sim card SOMEWHERE? and comes back to tell me mmm we dont have and rolls his eyes. i asked for the store managers number and he crosses his arms and reads it out to me. Like i have a pen and paper in my hand.
No notice to say Vodacom sim cards out of stock. People that are supposed to assist look more dead then alive. i will not recommend anyone to go to that branch in gezina galleries.
