KFC
Out of stock with no cooperation

So for the past week the KFC in observatory has been out of stock of zinger wings. At first they had a notice informing us of this and all other items were in stock. I visited them again yesterday, the signs were taking down and they were again out of stock. I then asked them for a Streetwise One with mash and gravy. I found it strange that the cashier offered me the pap version of it. Until I forcefully had to say that i dont eat pap. He then said they were out of stock of mini loaves. So, I asked if there is anything he could replace it with and he said another mash and gravy. Which I said no to, what good is having two mash and gravies with a piece of chicken? He couldnt offer me anything else to replace the mini loaf. What kind of service is this? Out of stock of wings for over a week. Out of stock of other items with no notice. And to top that of, there is no way they can help you when it is a fault of theirs.
