Dear Game,

If you are going to advertise "6 Assorted Nestle chocolate bars for R30" please make sure that you stick to this.

If there are restrictions to this promotion MAKE THEM CLEAR!

As far as I am concerned, a Peppermint Crisp bar is an "assorted Nestle bar" and should therefore fall under the promotion.
If it doesn't, then make it clear in your promotional material. Here is an example "this promotion excludes Nestle Peppermint Crisp".
Or, how about this, do not put any Nestle chocolate bars that are not part of the promotion next to those that are part of the promotion for the duration of the promotion.

It is not fair to get to the till to have a rude floor manager shouting at the cashier and you about how this chocolate is not a part of the promotion.

Just a thought from an unhappy (and disgustingly treated) soon-to-be-no-longer-a custome
