ROCHESTER POOR QUALITY ON FULL LEATHER LOUNGE

On the 04 April 2013 I purchased a 3 piece lounge suite from Rochester Woodmead we took delivery on the 05 June 2013, on the 06 June 2013 we contacted the store to advise on defects found on the brand new suite, the sales lady Sarah contacted the supplier who said that this is normal as we are dealing with leather, we specifically advised that we requested corrected grain as reflected on our invoice & would not accept these defects. We have sent numerous follow up e- mails & calls to the store, the manager Derick has refused to contact us or assist us in any way it is the 30 June 2013 almost a month later & Derick refuses to communicate what pathetic customer service.

I will never ever use Rochester again & will advise all friends & colleagues not to trust the that they advertisers on their website, I have no option now but to throw good money after bad & get an attorney involved to resolve this issue.
