I bought a suit at Jenny Button on... Clearwater mall for R2780.00. When I got home I discovered that the suit didn't fit properly, I then returned it to the shop before 7days of purchase could expire. Mavis, who works at the shop, told me their company policy doesn't allow them to take the merchandise back to which this was news to me since they did not mention this to me nor it was written anywhere in their shop. It has been more than... days since I have asked them to refund me and they have been sending me from pillar to post.

I used cash to pay for the suit, they then requested I give them my banking information so they could transfer the funds which I did. Now they tell me that they can only transfer funds into a credit card. Question is what do they do if one of their customers does not have a credit card? Anyway, I have sent them both my credit card as well as savings statement since they have claimed that they refunded me and there is no refund showing on either statement. I have several times requested them to send me proof of refund transfer and they are unable to do so.
