Since day one we are struggling with HOUSE & HOME when everything was eventualy finalised and approofed we got our stuff paid a deposit and was told that the first payment we need to make at the cashier the second payment will be in the 7 month on a debit order the 1ste day of each month. Gues what we pay the first installment and we've maid a payment of R5500.00 and still on the 19.06.2013 there went a debit order through on our account. I spoke to Nadine at mayville she immediatly assisted and responded back it was a mistake by Rainbow finance they will refund us so Nadine whent out of her way for us, but whe have to waite till they've got enough money in the cashiers whe where there 3 times know and everytime there is not enought money, monday my husband went and gave the permission to give me the refund his wife and left a copy of his ID gues what yesterday HELLEN the cashier refuse to help me I have to drive back all the way to get a permission letter afther my husband gave the permission on monday and the she spoke to my husband on my phone on my cost.
Who is gonna re-inburse is for all the telephone cost, and fuel trips because of a mistake that was done by them
