Incredible Connection
Bad Customer Service - More than once

After visiting Incredible Connections twice in one month, I experienced bad customer service with the floor assistance coming to "assist" with help i may have required. On the first occasion, I had to go directly to the till who instead referred me to a consultant who was chatting with the "Vodacom" lady in the store.
