I requested an electronic withdrawal from my loan account on 31-05-2013 - it is almost a full month later and the amount has not been paid into my bank account yet. I have followed up numerous times with them and was even requested to send a bank statement through to proof that the amount was not paid into my bank account which I did. Although WW have not made the payment to me yet, they have increased my installment and deducted the higher monthly repayment amount from my bank account. This is the most pathetic service that I've ever experienced! They simply do not come back to me and I don't know what to do anymore to get this sorted out. I have made many phone calls to them and sent emails but am just been ignored...
