Brilliant Service - I will go back :-)

I phoned Dial A Bed Centurion Bylsbridge this morning and spoke to JP. After explaining that I needed a King Size Extra Length Bed (not a standard stock item) with a specific price range and needed it delivered to day, JP promised to get back to me before 12:00. Well I didn't hold much hope as this was now the 10th shop that I had phoned - but JP restored my faith in customer service. He phoned back at 11:20. Not only had he found me exactly what I needed - but would make a plan to get me the bed today. Thank you JP - I am SUPER impressed! Thanks to you we will be sleeping on a bed tonight!!
