UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED

I called store to help me with the contact numbers of their branch in Tsakane Mall, I spoke to the lady by the name of Aletta, she told me to call another branch because she cannot help me as she was busy with banking. I then asked her if she can transfer me to someone who can help, I was transferred to a coloured lady who also said they are busy with banking, again asked her to transfer to the manager I was put on hold until the phone was dropped while waiting! I wonder if I walked in the store, would I have received assistance as the whole store was busy with banking???! this is pathetic!!
