I got a sms saying my card is going to expire and i have to go to my nearest branch. i have a busy lifestyle so i phoned the branch to ask them what i should bring along. the lady said my ID and the bank card. so i did. got there only to be told i need proof of residence. the lady then issued my card and told me that my account might be blocked some time because they cant verify my details. ive been banking with you since i was 16. your company cant even offer your clients different banking schemes. i asked the lady to activate my online banking for me, she gave me a vague guideline of what to do so i left and tried the next morning. after logging in successfully i tried loading a beneficiary and i was then kicked out. tried logging back in and got my password wrong. now again i have to take my time to go into a branch and fix this. with certain other banks your cards get delivered to your door and you can be assisted over the phone. maybe it is time to switch.
