Listed on Transunion but account was PAID!!!

On 30/05/2013 I PAID my Husband's installment of R1903-00.

On 7/6/2013 we received a call from H/Office to tell us that we have not yet made the payment. I told the Lady that I did make the payment on 30/5 already via EFT as I do very month and that I will take the receipt to our Branch immediatelly witch I did. I also told her that they must update it immediately, because if it reflects bad on ITC and affect's my Husbands credit scoring in a bad he is going to be furious. All his accounts is paid on date and he has a very good scoring on ITC. At the branch the guy stared laughing at me and told me that I'm not the 1st client today. On the new system his acc is not in arrears. H/O is working on the old system but the stores work on the new system. He sent a mail to H/O and told them the account is paid. I was now sattisfied and left.

Yesterday my Husband applied for a loan and it was declined due to his credit scoring and a installment that he skipped with Joshua Doore! He is FURIOUS!!! He checked his ITC this morning and his credit scoring dropped with 80 points!! He bought about R80 000 furniture @JD
