No honesty in sorting of complaints

I Ndaba Siyabonga to the store in February to complain about my laptop not working and I was assisted by John who said to mw he spoke with his manager to book technicians to come to me and fix my laptop and in March again I went back to the store again and kept lying to my face and said his sorting out my complaint and that never happened and I called customer service and complained about the service im getting there and they called me back to yell me that they will call the store and sort me complaint but since then no actions were taken besides and excuses and eventualy I went back to the store to be told that Jonh does not work the anymore so they no nothing about my complaint. Customer service called me on the 14/06/2013 John Moropa asked me about payments and I told him I wont pay till my laptop is fixed and he asked about my problems and I told him then he said his supervisor Morita will call me back in 24h and she never called later on the 18/06/2013 a guy Peter frkm african bank called and was being sarcastic and played games and put the phone down on me... These guys are just not competent and I regret doing business with them if I had known I wouldn't have done it
