We had an account with Incredible Connection - Hi-Finance. Last week my husband contacted them to find out what the SETTLEMENT AMOUNT is on the account. The person gave him an amount and we went home and did a EFT payment. We asked the person if they can give us a letter confirming that the account has been settled. He then said yes they will do the letter during the week and send it to us/my husband via e-mail. Another week passed and we still didnt receive the letter. Yesterday when my husband phoned them again they now had another story - we still need to pay a instalment and then we can have the letter. Huh...??? This is really absurd!!! WHY DO YOU REQUEST A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT IF THEY COME AFTERWARDS AND SAY THERE IS STILL AN AMOUNT OWING...??? Now my husband needed to pay a extra amount in order to get his letter... THIS IS REALLY ABSURD TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!
