Shocking Service Nedbank/Arrogant call centre agen

On the 7/05/13 I recieved an sms from Nedbank stating that my cheque account was in arrears, this confused me as the only way it could have happened was if my account had a overdraft facilitity. I called the call centre and spoke to Florence Molefe, who said that i had withdrawn money and ATM when my account had no funds (she lacks knowledge of her companies system or products) I asked how is that possible as the ATM would have showed that i have insufficients funds, she than put the blame on IT department and rudely stated that she does not work for IT. Florence was arrogant and and failed to understand that the issue is not the money but principals of it all and that i felt that Nedbank is cheating me and giving a credit facility when i never requested for. later i was called by her Manager Govendor who quickly concluded that the issue was repayment, he was disrespectful and adressed me in a condescending tone as I tried to explain that all i need as a Nedbank customer is a fitting explaination so that in future i will not experience the same problem. I have never felt so belittled by customer service agents they clearly dont know the value of customer Black on black servi
