I went to pay two accounts at Donna Claire The Glen on Sunday Morning. The assistant did not know what she was doing. First she told me my one account was " blocked", then after fumbling around a 2nd till, she misplaced my Bank Card. It took me 20 minits to make 2 transactions that should have taken 5 minits. When I asked the supervisor to please intervene and assist her collegue, she just ignored me.
