Entered the shop at approximately 16h00 to actually purchase a Garmin GPS, please note, not to browse or compare prices, but to actually purchase the item. In the huge electronic section there was NO employee except one security officer with a huge number of employees casually gathering at the front of the shop. Asked if I had to purchase the item from the security guard and eventually a person without any knowledge of GPS's were sent. I had to ask if they had the item in stock, yes they did, but I had to pay first and then the item will be fetched from the store. After taking my till slip the "collection" took a further 15 minutes at which time I had asked the transaction to be rather cancelled. The item eventually did arrive and when I asked if there was a protective sleeve in the closed box, I was told "everything" was in there, at home I found out it was not the case. The employees would appear to be very fatigued, depressed and disinterested in the client, a necessary nuisance to a good day spoiled. I wish to advise that if you as a client are happy with this kind of service, sure visit Game, Woodhill, but I would rather recommend Game, Brooklyn.
