We wanted to return a vest that was bought on the 22/6/2013. We went to Alberton on the 23/6/2013 to return the garment and were told by Thenjiwe that it was washed and that they will not refund the vest. I called the Manager of the branch Chris and asked his input of which a conversation was held in an African language. When I asked Thenjiwe to convert to English she laughed at me and kept on explaining to Chris what happened. I was told that they will send the garment back to cape town to do a full investigation on the material. I got my refund after being laughed to in my face, Thenjiwe has no customer service experience and it is sad that I have to point this out to a retail store.
