Bad Quality

I bought a lizzy brand vest from Leadermans Oudtshoorn on the 7th of October. I have only worn this top once and found that the material is getting loose. I went to the shop with my original slip and the assistant told me that she cannot refund or exchange the vest as it was marked down? I tthen old her that even though on sale it is a branded top and no one told me on the day of purchase that it was marked down because of poor quality otherwise I would not have bought the top? She then hesitantly took the top and said she must send it away and dont know when she will hear from th supplier??? Is this the why to treat a paying customer? Lizzy fro my knowledge is a quality brand??? So what happened to service and quality. I am dissappointed in the way my complaint was handled also for the fact that I could not get answers as to when my compliant will be resolved??? I will not advice any of my family and friends to buy Lizzy branded clothing because of this incident
