Totally inefficient service

For the past year I moved fromt he Brightwaters Clicks to the Appleton Village Clicks to get chronic meds due to the inefficiency at Brightwaters. When I was with the Appleton village pharmacy there was a great pharmacist who was efficient and knew his job. Only to be told that he resigned.

At present a whole bunch of inefficient and clueless pharmacist are working there. I have been told atleast 3 times to come back for chronics as they dont have or they do not have it on system. How can chronics that are recorded suddenly not be on system. I have also been told they have to order it. Isnt it supposed to be there if it is a chronics. Please get some efficient elderly and people who know their work to work in places like pharmacy. I wouldnt be suprised if people are given wrong meds and told wrong information.
