FALSE CREDIT RECORD

My game account has been paid in full for 3 months already - no matter who I send the proof of payment to or who I try to speak to no one is doing anything about it.

all my credit records are still showing amount outstanding/bad debt written off etc etc.

this is lowering my credit score! Useless!!!
