I have complaint how many times regarding this problem in the past and still it keep on proceeding.

My change was 25c. The cashier automatically assumed that she can keep the 5c. This is from your customers.

For all the problems I had in the past with this, I insist on a voucher to compensate me for all my lo sage due to your cashiers every time from me as a customer.
