Pilfering from their clients

I have been shopping at Shoprite Pier 14 on a daily basis for the past month. It is extremely worrying that the cashiers never, ever give any 5c change unless the client asks for it. Although I have been given the offending 5c every time I asked, it should definitely not be necessary for the client to ask for the correct change!
