Upon entering this store, i get bizarre treatment from this oke, a representative of your store, Shaun Sardien (Front End Controller). His customer skills are non-existent. His main aim was to belittle me with his ego the size of a small planet. The perfect way to make a customer feel welcome in the store... NOT!
Anyhow... I had asked him if I could exchange 10 green bags (the ones that are ridiculously priced at R 8.99 each). He chanted "we don't do exchanges on bags... customers don't take used bags"... IDIOTIC logic... If he had bothered to listen to a CUSTOMER - he would have learnt that the bags had a manufacturing defect and should be returned to supplier and he should have processed my enquiry. It's no wonder your store allows dronkies and other weird people in... your market audience is seriously weird. Clearly it's a result of your incompetent and unfriendly staff that have a MORONIC MENTALITY - `customer is always wrong. I have the shoprite name-tag with my designation - you don't count mentality! '
