I whent to mtn to make a payment, aswell as book my fone in for repairs, I did not have the proof of purchase as my bag was and the paper was in my bag, so mildred jensel had to look the document up, she was moaning that she can't find it due to the new system, I told her that a guy that workd with her did it before. So I asked if she can fone them, she asked so rudely phone who, so I told her the people that they send the fone away to, n tell them, so she asked again so rudely, and tell them what so I said about the situation.then she asked the lady next to her to help. Eventualy she found the paper on the system. She didn't even appologise for her attitude.o always go to this mtn, and there was no need for her attitude, its like she didn't have liss to look for the paper, in the end of the day I am I customer and she works for mtn, her duty is to help customers to the best of her abbility, so why did she lact like I was burdon to her.
