Till Points Cash Withdrawal

On sunday morning, 03 March 2013, i went to Shoprite Evaton Plaza to buy some personal stuff and withdraw money from the till points, a cashier by the name of Thenjiwe rudely said to me "go to the bank, we don't give cash to Bank card holders anymore, this is the new rule, we only assist people with Sassa cards". and she called the next customer.
This is very unacceptable, there is no written notice in the till points or at the entrance notifying Bank Card holders that they cannot withdraw money from the tills anymore, instead they just let people wait long queues for nothing. What do we do in a situation like this because even the management in that store is very rude?
