Online Shopping - Never again

This was the first and last time I did online shopping with Pick 'n Pay... firstly they didn't deliver all the products and had to come back the next day to bring the rest, then the jogurt they did deliver, three of them were broken and it wasn't cold anymore, as well as the flavoured milk, 3 of them were off/sour when we opened them. These were things that was supposed to be kept cold?? You pay so much for delivery and they cannot even do a decent job, so disappointing.
