Game merchandise faulty

I bought a tv cabinet last year which i had to put together myself. DIY. The cabinet was a dud of whcih they replaced it for me. I then went to game yesterday took out a cellphone contract and got a voucher to spend as well. Me and my partner bought equipment for our baby boy as he required a cot as well as a car seat. Our Cot at home had broken and he needed a new one. When we got home there were pieces missing of the cot and as i am taking it back today i feel very upset about the whole story as my child had to sleep in the bed with us which he never does. Due to the new sleeping spot he didnt sleep well which he normally sleeps right through. Now because of that we didnt sleep well either which created that we overslept and got late for work which ended in complaints from managment for both of us. Im sorry but the first time was fine now the second time i buy something from Bayside Game its not right again. I am very upset and will be taking the products back today with my slip and i really dont feel like buying anything from Game ever again.
