Very angry and upset about game staff treat me

I bought a philips blender from game today when i went to exchange the lady at countertreated me so bad and make me feel like i should never ever enter at game neither i recommend any of my collegue or friends. i am upset and angry about it. i want to send my messag to relavent person that this the way you guys treat yourcustomer thno dout your cpmpnies are craying about bad business etc
