Charged with airtime that i dont receive

Since last year i have been charged with an amount of R36 per month on my account for "Air time subscription". There is no Airtime that i have received from edgars on a monthly basis as part of a subscription and as such do not understand why i am being charged this amount. I first called the edgars call centre last year November to report this, and i was promised that the issue would be investigated which did not happen. I then reported the issue to the Govern Mbeki and more lately the Greenacres branches who both said that they would investigate and give me feed back. Its been over a year now and the money is taken off my account every month with me receiving no airtime and still no feed back from anyone from the edgars group!!! I feel like im being defrauded off my money and no one from Edgars is taking it seriuosly!!!
