Query not resolved after 60 days

Two months ago i logged a query with Markams disputing purchases made on my account, a consultant told me that my account was blocked because they were suspecting. I followed every instruction given to help with the investigation and i was given a turn around time of 40 to 60 days which doesn't make sense. I called to after about month still no feedback matter was still with their Forensic department, they promised to call back which hasn't happened up to now and it's over 60 days. I'm in a process of buying a house and I'm afraid this might compromise my application and it makes me angry. I've been advised to take legal action which is what i' m intending to do, i don't think there's anything that Foschini Group is doing to protect us as customers and I don't think they have proper systems in place to prevent such. I'm definitely closing my account after all of this is over and would advise anyone who cares to listen not to open an account with them, I'm very to say the least.
