Mobicel - no training in store

Good day - I bought a mobicell titan from Jet in Edenvale in Feb. 2013 - so it is still under warrenty. The screen has just gone blank - I have taken it back to the store and they insist that I take it to mobicell myself. I have called mobicell on 086 111 1069 and they say that the store should know how to return the phone... however the store don't have the means or the personal to call and find out what they should do. What can I do to get my phone repaired?
